Ibex Medical Analytics (Ibex) and PathPresenter announced a partnership to enable wider use of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled digital pathology for their joint customers.
PathPresenter, an enterprise workflow and image sharing platform, supports clinical care, remote consultations, education, and research. The company provides storage optimization, laboratory information systems (LIS) integration through a proprietary HL7 engine, and access to AI algorithms, according to the announcement. The partnership allows Ibex to expand access to Galen for PathPresenter's community of medical institutions around the world.
Ibex and PathPresenter will be at the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology (USCAP) Annual Meeting in Baltimore later this month.
